Long time no blog

Wow, it's been 10 days since I blogged. Sorry about the lack of updates this past week, I'll try to get better.

So, what have I been up to these 10 days of silence? Weeell...

I've been making stuff for wholesale, consignments (1, 2), trades and sweet people who have placed orders.

I took a shot of some of the teeth before they turned into earrings. Here you can see them hunting. They are surounding the candy, ready to attack.

And I've also been eating, of course. This is what I had for breakfast one day.

Yup, that's all you need to know to be able to catch up what has happened in my life since the last entry.

More to come before November 9...

New love

I just recently discovered Re-ment miniatures and now I'm craving for all the sets! Unfortunately they are nowhere to be found here in Sweden but I didn't let that stop me from getting some tiny cuteness. Thank you Ebay!

This is what I bought *loves* They are like Barbie sized stuff and the quality and details are amazing! I'm trying to decide which set I should get next. Maybe this, this or this one. Can't decide. Ah wells, can't afford it at the moment anyway *pouts*

These are my favorite items from this set. I chose to buy this set mainly because of the eggs. Heh. I love eggs. (iloveegg)

Stealing

As I've said (typed) before, I don't have my own kitchen in my apartment, I share one with seven other students. In our kitchen there are two stoves, three fridges, freezers and a whole bunch of drawers and cupboards. Each of us have our own shelves in the fridges, freezer and our own set of drawers and places in the cupboard so everyone knows where they keep their own stuff. But unfortunately some people just can't keep their hands off from things that don't belong to them.

About a month ago I got a feeling that someone had been using some of my olive oil that I had just bought. I didn't care or think much about it though since it wasn't that much missing and therefor not a big deal. However, when I was cooking the other day and took out my bottle of olive oil it wasn't even half full! And I hadn't used it at all since I bought it! It wouldn't have mattered to me if someone had used the olive oil once or twice. But half a bottle?!! The bottle would have lasted me a year *cries*

The worst thing is that I knew who'd used it. And this guy had been going on my nerves for a long time and this time he'd gone too far and stepped too hard. I was furious. I wanted revenge.

So I wrote an angry note and stole his cheese.

I brought the cheese over to Robert's to put it in his fridge (he lives nextdoor). It would have been too obvious if I had put it in mine since this guy and I share the same fridge... The plan didn't go too well though, because as soon as I arrived with the cheese at Robert's I started feeling really guilty. So I returned to my kitchen and put the cheese back.

But I did leave the note! It said: "Stop using my olive oil! It was full but now there's not even half of it left!"

Yeah, I'm so devious.

Enough of that. On to the happy news!

Some of my earrings and brooches are available at PixelgirlShop! Look at this and this. The reason why the earrings are priced higher there than in my own shop is because I used sterling silver hooks for the ones at PixelgirlShop.

Yup yup. Now you know.

Productivity

Been busy completing wholesale, consignment and normal orders. But my orders are nothing compared to this.

Here are some pictures:

A bunch of soon to be earrings.

Two handsfull (I have small hands) of brooches.

The chickens playing in the green fields before becoming earrings.

Before I go: Thank you Redji for continuing my Endless Comic!

No fall please

The days have become shorter, it's getting darker, colder and more rainy. Bleh. Depressing.

I'm not a big fan of the fall. I say we skip the fall and go straight into winter instead. On a second thought, lets skip both fall and winter and have spring and summer all year long.

Sure, the leaves on the trees turn into pretty colors during the fall but they only look good when they are dry. As soon as they fall down on the ground and it rains they turn into a goey mass that reminds me of poop. Yeah, I'm definately not a fan of rain. It brings out scary bugs and worms *cries*

The only things that I like about the fall are these *points at the picture above* I found them on my way home from school. There were tons of them on the ground so I bent down and picked up some and brought them home. I've always like the look of them. So shiny! What are they called in English? In Swedish they are called "kastanjer".

Felty things

I've been playing with felt lately and these are the things I've made:

Another tiny felt cake! This time with an orange slice on top of it. These cakes are really fun to make but very time consuming. If only I could stop time, then I would make these all day long! Maybe.

Two fruity brooches! I have a thing about apples that are sliced in half. I think they look really good... *feels like a weirdo*

Cappy Bunny! Yep say hello to my new mascot. He loves playing in the snow but because of his sensitive ears he needs to wear his hat all the time.

You can check them out at my shop
